Louis Vuitton’s latest high jewelry campaign, Awakened Hands, Awakened Minds, features actress and House ambassador Ana de Armas as the face of the collection. The campaign was shot by photographer Sølve Sundsbø.
Designed by Francesca Amfitheatrof, Louis Vuitton‘s Artistic director of Watches and Jewelry, the Awakened Hands, Awakened Minds collection is inspired by the flourishing artistry and ingenuity of 19th century France. This era not only witnessed the construction of the iconic Eiffel Tower, but also marked the beginning of Louis Vuitton’s namesake business.
The collection celebrates the mastery and sophistication of the period and reflects the growth in savoir-faire that characterized the era. With 220 exclusive pieces divided into 13 distinct themes, Awakened Hands, Awakened Minds is the sixth high jewelry collection Amfitheatrof has created for the Maison.
In the campaign visuals, Ana de Armas effortlessly embodies the essence of the collection, her natural beauty and elegance complementing the intricate designs of the jewelry. The understated yet powerful portraits allow the craftsmanship of the pieces to take center stage, with de Armas serving as the perfect canvas to showcase them.
