David Yurman, the renowned fine jewelry brand, is partnering with seven NBA players as its new brand ambassadors. Kyle Kuzma, D’Angelo Russell, Jalen Green, Jaime Jaquez Jr, Kevin Love, Josh Hart and Seth Curry were selected to represent the brand and showcase their unique style and confidence on and off the court.
The partnership aims to highlight the NBA as the ultimate style sport, with many players recognized as fashion icons. Carolyn Dawkins, David Yurman’s Chief Marketing Officer, emphasized the importance of finding partners that men look up to as style icons, noting that the NBA has consistently produced players who are recognized for their fashion sense.
The seven NBA players will kick off their ambassadorship with a men’s jewelry campaign and an accompanying docuseries that explores their careers and personal style. The campaign features the players modeling various David Yurman men’s jewelry collections, including the Chevron, Curb Chain and Spiritual Beads collections.
Dawkins explained that the brand chose these seven NBA players because of their unique style, dedication to their craft and the confidence they exude. Despite their slightly different styles, all of the players share a common thread of wearing what they want and finding their own way to wear it, which resonates with David Yurman’s customers.
The campaign also showcases the versatility of David Yurman‘s key collections, with each player’s personality and style reflected differently throughout the campaign. This approach allows the brand to demonstrate the different approaches to style that are inherent in every person.
David Yurman first entered the men’s jewelry market in 2004 and introduced its first men’s high jewelry collection in January with actor Michael B. Jordan as the face.
