The collaboration is a materialization of Daniel Lee’s vision for Burberry, particularly highlighted in his debut Fall/Winter 2023 show, which subtly hinted at an explorer’s wardrobe. Since Daniel Lee took the helm, Burberry has sharpened its focus on exceptional craftsmanship and embracing its British heritage, returning the brand to its core values and origins.
To commemorate the partnership, Burberry will transform the window display at Tricker’s Jermyn Street store, a move that not only celebrates the collection, but also underscores the strong bond between these two British institutions.
Tricker’s, a brand with a storied history dating back to 1892, and Burberry, with its equally rich heritage and royal warrant, share more than a commitment to quality; they share a story deeply rooted in British culture and craftsmanship. Tricker’s, with its Grade II listed factory in Northampton, stands as a monument to this commitment and was even used as a filming location for the 2005 movie “Kinky Boots“.
